What began as a solo practice has grown into a thriving wellness center, where she now leads a team of six talented and compassionate therapists. Michelle finds deep fulfillment in balancing the hands-on aspects of her healing work with the leadership and creativity involved in running a mission-driven business.
Outside of her work at Flourish, Michelle enjoys immersing herself in nature, gardening, traveling, snowboarding, trail running, live music, and cooking. Savanna Sardi
Savanna is an integrative and intuitive Licensed Massage Therapist who brings presence, sensitivity, and skill to every session. Drawing from a diverse toolkit—including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and Myofascial Release—she creates a unique, energetically attuned experience tailored to each client’s needs.
Savanna’s approach is grounded in the belief that the body holds an innate capacity to heal. Through nurturing touch and devoted presence, she seeks to create a space where the body can "re-member" itself back into balance and wholeness. Her rhythmic, thorough techniques invite deep relaxation and facilitate a powerful sense of being cared for and supported on the healing journey.
Originally from Miami, Florida, Savanna spent years traveling the country doing volunteer work before finding her way to the West Coast—and ultimately falling in love with the Eugene area. Her path then took her to the Sedona School of Massage in Arizona, where she completed a comprehensive 700-hour training program.
Savanna has since practiced massage in both Colorado and Oregon, including a formative time at Breitenbush Hot Springs. Now rooted in Eugene, she is honored to offer her work to this vibrant and healing-centered community.
Massage is not only Savanna’s profession—it is also her personal practice. Each session invites her into deeper presence and connection, making the work mutually nourishing. When she’s not in session, you might find her immersed in nature, reading, practicing yoga, dancing contact improv, singing, volunteering, or tending to her beautiful home. | LMT#27137
Rachel Brodsky
Rachel’s bodywork is grounding and restorative—equally therapeutic as it is blissfully relaxing. She blends Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, and myofascial release techniques in a slow, attentive style that calms the nervous system, unwinds long-held tension, and supports overall wellbeing. Her approach is trauma-informed and highly attuned to each clients needs.
Rachel initially trained in massage therapy at Heartwood Institute in the late ’90s. Her passion as a student and practitioner in the wellness field remains strong and continues to evolve. Her focus is nurturing vitality with deep presence, and helping clients feel lighter, freer, and more connected to themselves.
As part of her own inner work and her calling to support women, Rachel studied Kundalini Dance in Bali with Leyolah Antara and trained in Holistic Pelvic Care™ with Tami Lynn Kent. Her most recent endeavors are certification in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and a personal transformation journey through the Inka Medicine Wheel.
Rachel’s formal education began with a degree in Child Development and Psychology, with many years working with children and families.
A growing love for movement and mindfulness led her to India, where she became certified as a Yoga Instructor and completed her first Vipassana meditation course.
Guided by a desire to immerse herself in nature and holistic studies, Rachel enrolled in the Holistic Health Practitioner program at Heartwood Institute in the coastal mountains of Northern California, where she studied nutritional healing along with a wide range of bodywork and movement therapies.
After a year of deepening her practice in Montana, Rachel returned to Oregon and discovered Breema®—a profound practice that remains at the heart of her work. Since 2015, she has co-facilitated Breema workshops and retreats throughout the Pacific Northwest. | LMT#19330
