Michelle Ditter
Michelle is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and a Nationally Certified Asian Bodywork Therapist through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
Michelle’s diverse training includes over 1,000 hours in Asian Bodywork and Traditional Chinese Medicine, formal study of Traditional Thai Massage in Thailand, and a two-year certification in Holistic Nutrition. She brings over 22 years of hands-on experience, including nine years as a Certified Chiropractor’s Assistant, work in a high-end luxury spa, and decades of dedicated yoga study and teaching, particularly in the Sivananda Hatha Yoga tradition.
At the heart of Michelle’s practice is a fusion of her multidisciplinary background, intuitive touch, and a deep commitment to healing. Her integrative approach to bodywork is designed to help clients deeply relax, experience therapeutic relief, and reconnect with a sense of ease and balance in their bodies.
A lifelong student and practitioner of yoga, Michelle began her journey immersed in the jungles of Maui and has since woven the many threads of yoga into her professional and personal life. Her unique blend of yoga and massage—often described by clients as “life-changing”—offers a holistic and transformative experience.
In her role as a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Michelle believes in the healing power of food and the importance of bio-individuality. Her love of whole foods and creative cooking inspires her to craft nourishing, vibrant meals for herself and others.
Michelle is the owner and founder of Flourish Massage Wellness, which she has successfully operated for over 12 years. What began as a solo practice has grown into a thriving wellness center, where she now leads a team of six talented and compassionate therapists. Michelle finds deep fulfillment in balancing the hands-on aspects of her healing work with the leadership and creativity involved in running a mission-driven business.
Outside of her work at Flourish, Michelle enjoys immersing herself in nature, gardening, traveling, snowboarding, trail running, live music, and cooking. She shares her adventures with her beloved German Shepherd-Husky mix, Railay—her loyal companion and occasional “assistant” at the office, who just might greet you at the door and under the massage table. | LMT#17348
Brent Haney
Brent is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Holistic Health Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the field. For the past 17 years, he has also served as an educator in massage therapy, currently teaching at Lane Community College. In addition to his teaching and clinical work, Brent has the privilege of working with elite athletes as part of the University of Oregon’s football and track and field teams.
Originally from San Diego, Brent relocated to the Eugene area with his wife and daughter and quickly fell in love with the community. He deeply appreciates the kindness and mindfulness he sees here—toward both the earth and one another—and has felt at home from the start.
Brent is skilled in a wide range of both therapeutic and relaxation-focused massage modalities, including Prenatal Massage, Suction Cupping, Kinesiology Taping, Medical Massage, and Oncology Massage. His primary expertise lies in pain management, utilizing neuromuscular therapy and advanced active-engagement techniques. These approaches are designed to maximize treatment effectiveness while minimizing discomfort—often resulting in more lasting, sustainable relief.

Savanna Sardi
Savanna is an integrative and intuitive Licensed Massage Therapist who brings presence, sensitivity, and skill to every session. Drawing from a diverse toolkit—including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and Myofascial Release—she creates a unique, energetically attuned experience tailored to each client’s needs.
Savanna’s approach is grounded in the belief that the body holds an innate capacity to heal. Through nurturing touch and devoted presence, she seeks to create a space where the body can "re-member" itself back into balance and wholeness. Her rhythmic, thorough techniques invite deep relaxation and facilitate a powerful sense of being cared for and supported on the healing journey.
Originally from Miami, Florida, Savanna spent years traveling the country doing volunteer work before finding her way to the West Coast—and ultimately falling in love with the Eugene area. Her path then took her to the Sedona School of Massage in Arizona, where she completed a comprehensive 700-hour training program.
Savanna has since practiced massage in both Colorado and Oregon, including a formative time at Breitenbush Hot Springs. Now rooted in Eugene, she is honored to offer her work to this vibrant and healing-centered community.
Massage is not only Savanna’s profession—it is also her personal practice. Each session invites her into deeper presence and connection, making the work mutually nourishing. Rachel Brodsky
Rachel’s bodywork is grounding and restorative—equally therapeutic as it is blissfully relaxing. She blends Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, and myofascial release techniques in a slow, attentive style that calms the nervous system, unwinds long-held tension, and supports overall wellbeing. Her approach is trauma-informed and highly attuned to each clients needs.
Rachel initially trained in massage therapy at Heartwood Institute in the late ’90s. Her passion as a student and practitioner in the wellness field remains strong and continues to evolve. Her focus is nurturing vitality with deep presence, and helping clients feel lighter, freer, and more connected to themselves.
As part of her own inner work and her calling to support women, Rachel studied Kundalini Dance in Bali with Leyolah Antara and trained in Holistic Pelvic Care™ with Tami Lynn Kent. Her most recent endeavors are certification in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and a personal transformation journey through the Inka Medicine Wheel.
Rachel’s formal education began with a degree in Child Development and Psychology, with many years working with children and families.
A growing love for movement and mindfulness led her to India, where she became certified as a Yoga Instructor and completed her first Vipassana meditation course.
Guided by a desire to immerse herself in nature and holistic studies, Rachel enrolled in the Holistic Health Practitioner program at Heartwood Institute in the coastal mountains of Northern California, where she studied nutritional healing along with a wide range of bodywork and movement therapies.
After a year of deepening her practice in Montana, Rachel returned to Oregon and discovered Breema®—a profound practice that remains at the heart of her work. Since 2015, she has co-facilitated Breema workshops and retreats throughout the Pacific Northwest. | LMT#19330
Alia K.
Alia's professional journey in massage therapy began at the Cortiva Institute in Pennsylvania, where she graduated in 2013 as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Her expertise encompasses a range of modalities, including deep tissue, Swedish massage, myofascial release, and prenatal massage. As a certified doula, Alia provides specialized massage support to expectant parents, addressing the unique physical and emotional needs of pregnancy."

Trinity Riddell
Trinity is a Licensed Massage Therapist dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and restorative space for healing. With a compassionate and intuitive touch, she draws from a range of therapeutic modalities including Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Muscle Energy Techniques. Having personally navigated chronic pain, Trinity brings deep empathy and insight to her work—helping clients manage discomfort with both sensitivity and skill.
In today’s fast-paced world, Trinity offers a much-needed pause. Her sessions are designed to help clients reconnect with their bodies, calm the mind, and restore balance to the nervous system. She believes that when the body is gently invited into stillness, it naturally softens and begins to heal.
Originally from California, Trinity fell in love with Oregon’s natural beauty during a high school trip and relocated in 2019 after completing her esthetics program. She now embraces the serenity and slower pace that inspired her move.
Outside the treatment room, Trinity enjoys life’s quieter pleasures: curling up with her two cats, a warm cup of tea, a good book, and jazz music on rainy afternoons. Grace Welch
Grace is a professionally trained massage therapist and a 2022 graduate of East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon. Her education provided a strong foundation in both holistic practices and clinical approaches, shaping a well-rounded understanding of the body and its capacity to heal.
Her bodywork integrates Eastern and Western modalities—including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, and Ayurvedic techniques—to create a therapeutic experience that is both restorative and results-oriented. Grace’s intuitive approach allows her to tailor each session to the individual, often incorporating passive stretching and supportive tools such as cupping, gua sha, hydrotherapy, and essential oils.
With a background in medical massage, Grace designs sessions that support the body’s natural healing processes and address a wide range of concerns. She works with clients seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from injuries such as motor vehicle accidents, managing stress-related conditions like PTSD, or navigating the physical changes of pregnancy. Her work also provides a space for deep relaxation and reconnection.
Originally from the Big Island of Hawaii, Grace moved to Oregon as a child and has since called the Willamette Valley home. Outside of her practice, she enjoys cultivating medicinal herbs to create teas, tinctures, oils, and salves, preparing nourishing meals, and exploring the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. | LMT#27552

Taylor Jones
Taylor prioritizes care in his approach to massage therapy. He values meeting clients where they're at and providing a non-judgmental space for them to relax and be cared for. He believes all people are deserving of positive and compassionate touch.
Holding a deep regard for this work, Taylor takes seriously the trust that clients place in him to be respectful, safe, and attentive to their needs. His grounded, calming energy paired with his responsive and adaptable bodywork help clients release tension and feel more comfortable in their mind, body and spirit.
To provide a relaxing and therapeutic massage, he often implements Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial, and trigger point techniques. He also utilizes neuromuscular techniques, assisted stretching, hot stones and aromatherapy.
He has found particular gratification in caring for clients drawn to the emotional and mental health benefits of massage therapy, aiding them in reducing stress, anxiety, and depression, while improving their quality of sleep, sense of peace, and awareness of their somatic experience. He believes the release of physical tension can greatly assist in surfacing emotional aspects of our well-being.
